Adopting iron cone, ABS engineering plastic cone, all with easily dissembled safety net, which are optical designed by CAD.

APPLICATION
HS Series Swung Drop Hammer Exhaust fan are widely used in Agriculture and industry ventilation and cooling. It is mainly used for animal husbandry, poultry house, livestock breeding, greenhouse, factory workshop, textile etc.
DETAILED INTRODUCTION
Motor:
High performance motor dedicated to fan, approved by CCC certificate. Protection level: IP55. Insulation level: F class. Optical motors: Domestic or imported.
Blade:
Adopting a punch forming technology, which ensure the aluminum blade will not deform and break, attractive and durable. The reasonable angle of blade will ensure the maximum air flow and the minimum noise. The high-accurate dynamic balance detection and adjustment, will ensure the fan with smoothly operating and without vibration, that increase the service life effectively, during which, the air flow will remain stable constantly.
Impeller and Propeller:
Adopting aluminum magnesium alloy which used in aviation field, weight low but with high strength and ductility.
Belt:
Resistance to abrasion, without deformation. Optical belt: domestic or imported.
Hammer：
Using high strength nylon swung drop hammer opening device to ensure the shutters opening and closing flexibly.
Bearing:
Sealed permanently, high strength, high-resistance to corrosion, with long service life and no noise.
